The initial activation of all purchased OEM, Retail or ESD licence products should be performed no later than 3 months after the purchase date. Note that the initial activation period is not the warranty period of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account information (including email address and payment details) so that we can complete your transactions and contact you. We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we have no control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Any use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

22.A Payment collection. Payments made by debit or credit card are collected at the time of purchase.
22.B Payment currencies. All prices are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise indicated, and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the checkout, including secure card payment and bank transfer. Card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer; if your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
22.C Subscriptions. Some products are available as subscriptions (monthly or annual). SoftwareKey.lk does not guarantee that a particular subscription will be offered indefinitely and reserves the right to change prices or alter features without prior notice. Subsequent subscription payments are billed on the same day/month as your initial payment; we reserve the right to adjust the billing timing if a payment is not successfully processed. You authorise SoftwareKey.lk to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription charges, taxes and any other charges incurred. We will send a renewal reminder one month before the end of an annual term and one week before the end of a monthly term. You may cancel an annual subscription with 30 days’ notice, and a monthly subscription with 7 days’ notice, by emailing [email protected]. Any subscription refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. If a subscription payment cannot be processed due to invalid or insufficient payment details, the service may be discontinued effective immediately.
22.D Payment security. Card payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider, which encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. SoftwareKey.lk does not store full card details on its servers.
